Junmai Daiginjo of Keiryu, a sake from Suzaka City.
It is a trophy of the Shinetsu roadside station tour.
The aroma is a nutty ginjo aroma with a strong alcoholic flavor.
The mouthfeel is mainly umami and sweetness, making it easy to drink. No acidity.
We are thankful to have found a good sake.
