It was recommended to me at the restaurant. First time drinking. Mild and fruity. It has a lactic acidity as is typical of Yamahai. The final taste is a pleasantly savory bitterness, like it has been burnt to a crisp.
Delicious. I think it would go well with chocolate and nuts.
But then I thought, "Geez...".
The calm sake is also good in the autumn season. The dragonfly sticker on the package is also cute.
