Hakutsuru Shuzo / "Bekkaku" Hyogo Prefecture
Mr. Bouken went to Betsukaku because it was expensive.
This project was launched by young employees of Hakutsuru Sake Brewery for the younger generation.
I didn't know it was Hakutsuru, so I called it "Betsuru" and it was "Bekkaku"💦.
I asked him which one I should drink first and he recommended me to think about it while drinking this one with 3%.
Suntory's Shabondama.
The same 3% alcohol content as Suntory's Horoiyoi. It is a refreshing and tasty juice.
Mushinegane through the trees.
(The expression on the pop-up is exactly right from here.) It has a lemon grass-like aroma and a refreshing sourness. A unique sourness that I have never had before.
Sunny Snorkel]
Aroma like citrus peel and bitterness.
Twilight Telescope
Mellow aroma like ripe fruit and mild sweetness. The sweetness and umami that lingers in the mouth.
Owl snoozing
Made from red wine barrels.
A good night's sleep for a sea otter.
White wine barrels are used.
Both are characterized by their unique acidity.
Gentle Breeze Clover
Another juice-like acidity.
They said they wanted to make a characteristic by yeast, and only aimed for individuality.
