SAMURAIZ
Rice, water, and people. It is a junmai sake brewed entirely from Noto.
It has a slight color.
There is no sense of gas.
In the mouth, there is a melon-like mild sweetness, rice flavor, and finally a strong acidity.
It is not very distinctive when drunk on its own, but when tasted as a mid-meal drink, it is quite an interesting sake, as it does not interfere with food, and the umami and sweetness of the rice come out softly, while the acidity refreshes the palate.
