The bubbles are so slight that they form fine bubbles in the glass.
The carbonation is sometimes bitter, but only slightly at the end.
The contrast between the aroma, sweetness, acidity, and bitterness make for a very tasty sake.
More than a match with food,
Rather, enjoy a cup of sake by rolling it around in your mouth a little at a time,
I want to think about the scenery of Kujukuri while sipping a small cup.
