LUCFER
300ml 1760yen Alcohol 18% Raw material rice 100% Yamadanishiki, Yeast used: Aomori Prefecture Maboroba Gin, Rice polishing ratio 40%, Sake degree +4 Acidity 1.3-1.4 This is Inamuraya from Narumi Brewery, a sake brewery located on Komise Street in Kuroishi City, Aomori Prefecture. It has won numerous gold medals at sake competitions, and has also won numerous prizes at the National New Sake Competition, and was even awarded the Aomori Prefectural Governor's Prize at this year's competition. It is quite refreshing and easy to drink, and the umami and sweetness of the rice, of course, spread out well. Even people who don't like sake seem to be able to enjoy it. The most expensive Junmai Daiginjo Tsurushi-shu from Toyobai has been sold out since last year and it has become very difficult to get it.
