Chokki
Tazake Takayoshu
70% 16% 720ml 2055 yen
A company employee (male, 42 years old) of the Kinsho-kai gave me a Valentine's Day bottle of Tasake. It is complicated to receive a gift from a person of the same sex. Of course, there was no confession of love.
The first sip.
It's sweet.
It's thick and has a rich sweetness that is typical of kiyoshu.
If I were to use a fruit, I would say it was apple-like. No, it's more like grated apple.
It is not suitable for ordinary food, so I tried it with cheese.
The sweetness and the mildness of the cheese make a nice combination.
Actually, I am not so good at sake, but this sake is not too sweet, so it is okay. Perhaps it is because it is a rice wine, but I think it is different from Kijoshu which is just too sweet.
