This is a sake I met in Kanazawa, where I was traveling.
I heard about the shop that sold it, I bought it and drank it at home.
It's a bit extravagant for a home brew, but the fruity aroma and the richness of the flavor are well balanced.
I'll enjoy it in a week from now.
