hatahata
I bought this sake when I visited Hyogo Prefecture at the end of last year.
When I opened the bottle, I could smell a strong sweet aroma of lactic acid, which made me excited.
The color is a light yama-buki, and it seems to have been aged.
I drank it cold first, and it tasted as good as I expected.
The lactic-acid aroma and the dry taste of the aged sake come together to make a statement.
Then I tried it warmed, and it was great too!
The flavor and sweetness increased, and the tingling of the alcohol became a little stronger, but on the contrary, it was pleasant!
I didn't know there was such a delicious sake, and I realized that there are so many different brands of sake out there that I need to keep trying new ones instead of just sticking with one.
