Izakaya started by a friend of mine in a rather close neighborhood.
The selection of sake is not quite as large as I would like, but the chef is apparently very good.
The sashimi, for example, is prepared in a way that you can't find anywhere else in Japan.
In Tokyo, people are already excited about Hanami (cherry blossom viewing), but not here yet. The color of the sashimi is a nice alternative to hanami.
Hachisen in pink. Surprisingly, this is the first time to try it. It is refreshingly fruity, and the alcohol is not felt.
After this, we went to the second restaurant with the owner who was drinking with us.
Actually, this was my second visit to the restaurant, and I had already had Yamamoto and Akabu on my first visit.
Don't abuse me, I said sake without permission.
〜The woman's legs are also a flower!
Thank you very much for your hospitality!
