This is also the recommended Denshin Nama Sake 😛. In contrast to the Yo-no-Tori we had earlier, the freshness and crispness of the nama-zake made us want to drink it in gulps. I was intrigued by the fact that this was my first experience with Hashira shochu, but the person drinking next to me seemed to know what it was and explained it to me. It is brewed by adding homemade shochu, and I think I now understand why it is so sharp and refreshing with a full-bodied flavor. The snowman that appears when you open the bottle is also cute. I wonder if it is related to the snowman!
