森康央The aroma is fresh and sweet Nabeshima aroma 😋 Almost colorless and clear.
On the palate, a sugary citrus-like sweetness jumped into the mouth along with a firm acidity, followed by an astringent bitterness from the back of the tongue😊.
Finally, after the astringent bitterness, the sweetness of the wasanbon again appeared on the tip of the tongue😎.
It's been quite a while since I've had Nabeshima 😚.
It's also my first Junmai Daiginjo, so I'm soaking up the afterglow 🤤.
