I've always wanted to try it, Sakusaku.
The bottle has finally been opened 🥺.
Shinshu" means the first sake brewed with the new rice of the year ☺️It's almost the start of the rainy season, and I felt sorry for the delay in opening the bottle, but it seems that the Saku series is only for fire-brewed sake, so I guess it's safe to say 🥺.
But the aroma and flavor are so fresh that you wonder if it's really fire-aged! The slight effervescence also makes me burst with happiness.
Combined with the sophisticated packaging, I felt like I was enjoying a wonderful sake! I was immersed in the feeling of "I'm enjoying a wonderful sake!
Among the recent sakes I've had, this one seems to have a style similar to that of Kuzushinin Kuheiji...I wonder what it is. I still need to drink a lot more to make such a comparative review...I need to drink a lot...😇
