ぽん太It seems that the sake brewer who produces the Hana-no-Kouyu brand in Kumamoto is selling this brand outside of Kumamoto.
It is quite popular and stores are fighting over it.
It is indeed delicious. The sweetness of the rice and the deliciousness of the sake make it pleasant to drink.
Personally, I found the sake with banana yeast (Amabuki) interesting, and it had an aroma like a Weizen.
