There is a sake brewery near my client and I was curious about it... I had some time before a meeting the other day, so I went to the brewery and bought some sake.

It has a clear, melon-like fruity taste. It is refreshing. It's delicious.
Not too acidic, so it's not a food wine. It can even go after dinner!
Feels more and more like a good sake as the cup goes on!
Delicious.
