SeiichiThis is a record from a while ago, but it is a sake from Shimane, where my father's parents live. I bought it when I went home for New Year's because it was my father's favorite brand.
It has the richness of an aged sake, but is dry to the taste. It has a calm and dry taste that disappears quickly.
It was 21BY, but I wonder how the new sake is.
This sense of maturity was a little different from my father's memory of Minami Taiheiyo😅.
