As for the sake, we were served junmai sake from Otegura. Ottegura gives a strong impression of packaged sake, but this is a special junmai sake made from Yamada-Nishiki. It was crisp and dry, but as the day went by, it became mellow and sweet. It was a fine sake that was easy to drink.
