Sawaya Matsumoto's Moriboshi was opened for the first time, cold.
It seems to have been shipped after about a year of production and bottling.
It is slightly carbonated and has a nice mouthfeel. Not too sweet, not too spicy, just right for my personal taste. It has a certain amount of sweetness, but it is not too sweet, and it has a good flavor. The balance of flavor is excellent. It is a bit pricey, but I would buy it again if I could find it.
I'm looking forward to drinking it next week.
