As this is my first time drinking this wine, I started with it at room temperature.
The aroma was round in the mouth, with a strong acidity in the aftertaste. It was just the way I like it.
The acidity mellows out and the full aroma spreads at the same time.
It was the perfect accompaniment to a happy holiday.
