It seems that 100% Hyakumangoku No Shiro from Ishikawa Prefecture is used and the rice polishing ratio is polished to 46%, named after the white of the name. The limited-quantity Junmai Daiginjo has a pleasant fruity aroma and a clean, crisp taste.
The white color with gold letters gives it a rich feeling.
