This sake is so good!
I opened a bottle of Shinmasa✨ that my husband had been putting to sleep.
The moment I drank it, I mistook it for a wine with its fruity La France aroma. The umami is more pronounced than the sweetness, and the acidity is moderate and light 😄 Be careful not to drink too much of this. The lingering beauty of the finish is a work of art ✨.
