マディ
Nanada Junmai Sake served cold.
It is a standard line made with 20% Yamadanishiki and 80% Reihou. The Shichida Junmai is a slightly dry sake with less sweetness than the fruity and sweet Shichida sake we have had.
We had it with gyoza (Chinese dumplings) as a side dish and found it to have a delicious taste of rice, while at the same time refreshing the oily taste, so both the sake and the side dish progressed well.
