I found a bottle of Tasake, raw, light nigori.
I had to drink it, so I saved it until this day 🫡.
Opened the bottle.
A little strong acidity, followed by the umami that is typical of Tasake! And then
Then comes the fruity taste. The light nigori gives it a rich umami flavor, but the aftertaste is clean and refreshing.
Tonight is "Oyster nabe"!
It is the best taste 🤤.
