This is my first sake from Oita Prefecture!
It has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, perfect for a hot day!
I enjoyed it very much!
Alcohol level: 15
Rice polishing ratio: 60
July 9, the 2nd day after opening the bottle
Both sweetness and acidity remain the same.
It is a delicious sake, not too sweet!
I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer!
I want to drink other specs!
