I took my daughter to Fukuoka in December to go to a live concert and bought some sake 🍶.
I was excited to prepare it for New Year's in the garden Uguisu-san.
It is a Kyushu sake brewery, Yamadanishiki from Kyushu, and the concept is nine (9) with a nine-compound yeast 🍶.

Elegant ginjo aroma, clear and clean on the palate.
The sweetness and umami come out gradually from the mid-palate, and the richness is balanced by the acidity and bitterness.
The quality is high and delicious 😊.
I was so happy to talk about sake to my siblings, my wife scolded me and told me to cook some meat too 😓.
