Morimasu Special Junmai
I got this sake on the way back from a visit to Nanasawa Onsen in Kanagawa Prefecture.
Nanasawa-so, a day trip hot spring, was a power spot with zero magnetic field.
The sake was cold, with a hard bitterness and harshness, and a solid sourness that spread in the mouth and made it worth drinking.
It was a feast.
