禊萩（養殖）
Purchased at Ponshu-kan Nagaoka Station.
I wanted to drink it at Ponshu-kan, but they were out of stock or something.
It has almost no aroma. It has a slight pineapple-type ginjo aroma.
It has sweetness, astringency, and umami, in that order.
It is easy to drink, but the umami taste lingers afterwards.
