During the three-day weekend, I decided to consume the sake I had accumulated in a big way. I opened the bottle of sparklers left in the refrigerator.
The aroma is the usual muscat and cemedine. There is a slight gaseous feeling, but not too much.
There is almost no sweetness, a clean acidity, and a rather dry atmosphere.
The acidity is followed by a gentle bitterness and a crisp finish.
It is crisp and refreshing, perfect for during a meal. I finished it quickly.
