マグロ漁船
This year is almost over. I'll go ahead and upload what I haven't been able to post before the end of the year.
I've had a few Aizu sakes, but this is my first brand.
The aroma that comes out of the bottle has a slight scent of cooked rice.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the flavor of Cemedine and the mild taste of rice and acidity without any corner.
It has a solid and thick feeling like a junmai-shu.
From the mid-palate, the spiciness comes out.
The overall impression is that it is neither sweet nor spicy.
The aftertaste is not sharp, but remains moderate.
It is a sake with a lot to drink. It's not hard to drink, but it doesn't have any strange habits.
It looks even better when it's lukewarm.
