Hakkoda Oroshi大吟醸 直汲み 生酒
まつちよ
Fifth Aomori souvenir
The top aroma is modest but sweet ginjo aroma. In the mouth, the gentle sweetness and richness of the rice is broken up by a bitter taste. It also has a full, sweet overtone.
Compared to the Hakkouda Oroshi sake we bought at Shin-Aomori station on our way back from a trip to Aomori, the bitterness of the Hakkouda Oroshi sake made it seem less sweet. It is sweet enough, though.
Personally, I prefer a sweeter aftertaste, so I think I prefer the cup sake 🍶🕊.
(PS) I paired it with a hot spring bun I got as a souvenir and it went well with it. It is a new discovery 🍶.
