15% alcohol by volume
The best temperature is said to be 15 to 20 degrees Celsius, but we can't wait until the temperature rises ^_^.
The first sip is very mild and easy to drink.
There is little sweetness, but after a while, the umami spreads slowly and elegantly on the tongue. The ginjo aroma is modest at first, but spreads well in the mouth.
It is delicious. Enjoy it slowly ^_^
