Yamaguchi Sake Festival on my return to Shimonoseki (5)
My short trip back to Shimonoseki is over and I'm safely back home 😀.
When I went back home last year, I wasn't really into sake yet, so I wasn't interested in Yamaguchi sake or sake breweries, but one of my main goals this time was to meet Yamaguchi sake😇.
I was able to secure quite a few sakes by visiting sake breweries and liquor stores 😀.
First to open this day is Gohashi from Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture 😀.
This one is a sake brewed with a blend of Saito no Shizuku and Yamada Nishiki 😀.
We will compare them with Mimuro Sugi and Hana Yuu, both of which we had opened before leaving home 🍶.
All the sakes are different in the direction of deliciousness, but they are all delicious sakes 😀.
Actually, I've only had the ride? series and this was my first time to try the standard Gobashi, so I was surprised at how tasty it was: ‼️
I am looking forward to more sake from Yamaguchi Prefecture tomorrow 😇

Good evening, Yasube-san.
Yamaguchi Sake Festival as soon as I got home - it's a quintessential Yamaguchi sake festival: ⤴️
I haven't had a lot of Yamaguchi sake, but I remember that all the ones I've had have been delicious 🎵.
I would like to try the standard Gobashi 😊.

Hi, ma-ki-San 😀
I realize now that the level of Yamaguchi sake is also quite high 😇.
In addition to Gobashi, Iwakuni City in Yamaguchi Prefecture has a good selection of Otters, Kinjaku, Ganki, etc. 😇 If you have a chance, please let me know.
