ラル大佐
One we took on our Obon cemetery tour.
It is the recently talked about Iraka (tiled roof).
I was originally hesitant to buy it because it was a little expensive (4,180 yen for a 1,500 ml bottle), but I was in a summer vacation mood, so I bought it in a good mood.
The silver/black one seems to be the base model of "Iraka".
On the first day after opening the bottle, I couldn't taste any aroma, and the taste was too sour and bitter, so avant-garde that I couldn't find a single good thing about it. I thought, "This is expensive, but this is it! I thought to myself, "This is it for the price!
It turned out to be a wonderful wine!
A hint of fruitiness in the upper aroma.
The first attack is pale and fruity, and the umami taste has also emerged. The acidity and bitterness, which were so strong, have become mild, and it finishes with a salty finish.
I can understand why it is so popular.
Don't abuse me, I'll just use my own sake language.
〜Be careful about the contents of the package deal!
Thanks for the treat!
