Today I found my first sea urchin and rock oyster, so I paired it with this one I bought when I went back home: 💁‍♂️  Let's start with the nose. It has a mild sweetness with a hint of citrus 🍊 acidity. Good aroma. ☺️  The sweet and delicious aroma in the mouth reminds me of mikan (mandarin orange) with its sourness and bitterness. Saga is a good place to get 🍊mikan. Also, you can feel the fullness of the rice characteristic of Omachi.  Next, we had some snacks. The sea urchin and rock oyster both had a seaside aroma, which increased the sweet and sour 🍊 flavor of this sake. The sweet egg omelet with dashi broth increases the acidity, making it a good mid-meal drink. The last one is the soup, which gives the sake a strong umami flavor.
