This is the brewery that revived Takananishiki.
They have been here for tasting and sales before, but I have never had it.
I drank the following
Junmai Haru Hitohira
A refreshing, slightly fragrant, spring-like sake!
Junmai Ginjo Sarukono-Izumi
This was quite tasty. The cup sake with a yuru-kyara label said this is what was inside. It's a cosy cup of sake.
Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjozo Oikan Shibori
I like it because it's quite sweet and tasty. I bought it 😊.
Honjozo Katsudo Nigori Sake Shiraki Tenryu
It's a very tight and shiny sake. It has sweetness, but I think it has a strong alcohol taste.
