The sweetness, fruity, and umami are there little by little and quickly disappear. Finally, there is a crackle at the bottom (like the old Crackle Cola candy).
Refreshing and easy to drink.
I always feel that Urakasumi has a salty sensation.
Something with this taste and a strong acidity would be very much to my liking.
