The one I wanted to try when the brewery was here.
The aroma is like strawberries and bananas.
The taste is refreshingly acidic and unexpectedly light on the palate.
However, it has a sweetness with a hint of rice flavor.
It certainly looks like it would go well with a glass of wine when chilled.
