It has a pungent taste typical of Japanese sake.
Yumura Onsen is not very big, but there is a museum called "Touji-kan" where you can see old tools and documents. Since it was off-season, we learned a lot from a Tajima Touji (the head of the Tajima Touji Association in Nanbu).
