A very wide variety of Nabeshima sake was available at the store.
Shirakiku, a sake brewery not often heard of, was used.
(Just after opening the bottle)
Drink cold
Clear and colorless.
Full-bodied, with a strong acidity.
The aftertaste is clean and not too dry.
Taste a little like white wine
