When one hears the words "Fukuro-huri Shizukusake," which collects only the natural drops of sake, one thinks of Daiginjo-type sake, but is surprised at the reasonable price. I enjoyed it cold. The fruity aroma and elegant sweetness are balanced with a full umami flavor and a refreshing acidity.
