I knew it! It has become rounder and more delicious!
It has a faint ginjo aroma and a sweetness like a young banana.
It's a little tart in the mouth... it's thick and has a strong presence in the mouth.
But because it was chilled well, it has a refreshing dryness to it.
It makes you feel that you are drinking sake.
And you get drunk (laugh).
Today I'm drinking it with persimmon peas, and it washes out the inside of my mouth in a good way.
It tastes better if you let it sit in the fridge overnight after opening the bottle, chilling it to a crisp!
