もよもよ
This sake is made by Tenryohai Sake Brewery, which is famous for Gagakuyo on Sado Island. I tried it because it is quite a rarity. For some reason, I have recently had a connection with Sado Island sake.
It is more robust than fruity. It has the flavor of rice, but with a slightly apple-like fruity quality. It has a somewhat classic impression and seems to go well with meals. This flavor may fit the concept of an izakaya's sake that goes well with meals.
It seems to go well with simmered dishes, fried dishes, and soy sauce-like dishes.
