First sake purchase in a long time🍶.
Purchased at a local Japanese liquor store, not in the sanctuary.
It's been a while since I've had tazake, and I don't remember the last time I had it, so I'm going with a fresh mind!
Let's start with the aroma: ❗️
There is a sour cemedine type aroma behind the sweet aroma...I wonder..,
Then take a sip❗️🍶
Yeah, it's delicious!
It's a sweet, cemedine-like taste with umami chasing after it.
It doesn't have that new-sake-like tingle, but it has a freshness and a calmness to it. It's hard to describe.
Well, either way, this year's new sake is also delicious!
