I couldn't remember the impression I had of Garden Uguisu, which I drank long ago, so I got the special junmai this time. It is a very well-balanced food sake. Both the overtone and the standing aroma are mild, but the slight fruity aroma is pleasant.
I drank it cold today, but it would be good lukewarm as well.
