Osaka Takashimaya] The 7th Takashimaya Sake Festival ①.
The typhoon is slowly heading towards us on a fickle path, so we didn't wait for Saturday.
I found Usagi-Goden right away, so I greeted him and went right to the tasting.
The [Chou Kaoru] and [Zuitaka] booths.
There were not many people at the right time, so we started tasting from here.
Sakaoru Junmai Ginjo
At first, a slight fruity sweetness was felt, and the taste was sweet and tasty. The taste is clean and crisp.
Saisai
It has a refreshing acidity, but the bitterness is a little bit bothersome.
They wanted to call it "Nana," but due to trademark registration issues, it was changed to "Saisai.
Saisai Sour and Sweet
Fruity sweetness and then gradually sourness.
NANANAMA
They said that (Nana) was not good in Nana, but (Nana Nama) was okay.
Fruity, fresh, sweet and tasty.
I was going to buy it but forgot 😓.
I painfully forgot to take a picture from the beginning💦.
Being in Kumamoto, I asked if the typhoon was ok and the people at the brewery were riding ahead. I'll be back tomorrow, but they don't know what's going to happen...
