3. a kind of Kamerei called Hachiku. The mouthfeel is sweet and firm with a slight sourness. There is no fruity sourness or freshness, but a robust koji flavor. It has a strong koji taste. Koji 89%, unfiltered, five-step Junmai-shu, rice polished 70%, -14%, about 1600 yen, Otsuka Sake Brewery in Honmachi.
