もよもよ
This year, too, the season of tannadare has come. This is one of the few Ippakusuisei tannadari that I drink every year. In the past, I had the impression that it would sell out quickly, but this year the production volume has increased? The liquor stores have had it in stock for quite a while.
Last year's impression was of a sweet peach with little acidity, but this year it was sweet with a hint of sourness. Tropical or mango-ish? This year, however, it was sweet with a hint of sourness, and it had a tropical or mango-like flavor. As usual, there was no bitterness, and the flavor was rich and robust. It is definitely a delicious one.
I have the impression that they don't serve much nama-zake outside of this season, so as a lover of nama-zake, this is something I look forward to at the end of the year. This year, I would like to try Fukuro-hozuri as well.
