At room temperature, the alcohol feeling comes late, with a wet feeling lingering on the palate. At first, there is a slight sweetness from the rice, which is typical of sake. The label says it is best served with food. On its own, I feel the alcohol feeling chokes my throat a little.
The aroma is very nice.
