Started drinking at 12°C.
The bottle opened as if it was flying open.
Lightly cloudy.
It is fizzy both visually and taste-wise.
It is not too sweet for a sake made by Kangiku.
(Not that sweetness is a bad thing).
There is a clear sweetness, followed by a spiciness.
It is not like Kangiku's sake, but I found it to be delicious.
