We took a break at Bida's before 🦷extraction and today, two days later, we are back on the road to revival ❗️ Cheers with a bottle of Bida's and a new set of teeth🍶 (laughs).
Let's start with the standing aroma. When the bottle is opened, it releases a sweet and gorgeous pear-like aroma. Nice aroma 😄.
In the mouth, the fruity and sweetness of the rice combine to create a freshness with a crisp acidity. The final taste is more sharp than expected with a good amount of bitterness.
Serve with soy sauce koji topped with boiled tofu. The fermentation of the koji and the smoothness of the tofu bring out the rich flavor of this sake and the pleasant bitterness and clean taste spreads 😋👍There is a bottle of this sake, so let's not drink too much today 😆.
